I have read and understand the terms and conditions: If you are submitting a request for system setup changes, please note that once we have started making the requested changes, you are not allowed to use the system until we have completed the changes. Continued usage of your system while we are busy with your data will invalidate any changes we've made, and result in additional labour being invoiced for the time it takes to redo the changes. Once we've completed the changes and applied them to your live system, you have four days to test them and request any corrections or alterations, free of charge. After four days, any additional changes will be invoiced separately. If we receive no feedback after the initial four-day period, we will assume you are satisfied with the changes. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are authorised to request these changes, and that the information you have provided is correct. You also acknowledge that Donkerhoek Data cannot be held liable for any damages, fines or other statutory issues arising from incorrect changes.
